Refund policy

Returns are accepted 14 days after the package is received by the client; the return shipment cost must be paid by the customer in case the cancellation is purely based on preference. If there are any condition issues with the sword upon arrival, then the return costs must be paid by Token Oranda. All EU customers will have full European rights over any purchased order, which means a guaranteed return period of 14 days, and other benefits. 

A full refund will be made once the returned product arrives in unused condition at Token Oranda.
